Rick addressed my concerns on the back up camera and advised me there will be a recall coming out soon for a fix. I took the pool car with Donald to work, and he came and picked me up. My tire was repaired, and oil changed promptly before lunch. It was all very convenient to get service done without many interruptions in my own work.

It was painless and I was able to get the terms that I wanted.
