Tho it wasn't busy had to wait almost 30 minutes to finalize the deal with the "finance" guy. The rest of the experience was great. Sadly I can't remember the salesman's name..... he was a young man, had been a Marine. He was very personable and explained all the technology in the car which I really appreciated. This is the third car I've purchased from David McDavid and hopefully will be the last for quite a while.

The customer service experience was wonderful. The service advisor was courteous, professional, and efficient.

Waiting to sign for finance paperwork seems to take a long time.
