Appreciate the no pressure gimmicks. Have never been one to fall prey to it, but others do sometimes. So I always appreciate it when the auto maintenance services team approaches customers this way. I’ll drive the extra distance to go to a different dealership when I’ve ran into those gimmicks.

It takes one employee that goes above and beyond to make a difference. I will continue to return to David McDavid aside from the service the employees that would not push you to get or do anything unless needed

My service rep kept me advised about the status of my repair. He was excellent at explaining the issue , wat the fix was and time to complete repair. He also reassured me that the repair was covered by the warranty.
