My experience with David McDavid Honda was AMAZING! I worked with Davis (salesperson) and Rafael Mora (finance). Both made me feel completely comfortable and not pressured at all. They worked with me to get exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. There was also an incident with a hair in the paint from the manufacturer that was discovered after the purchase had been finalized. This team was amazing in making things right and providing me with several options so I didn't feel trapped. Davis spent half a day running around and on the phone with me (as I live 2.5 hours away) making sure the vehicle was ready for me to pick up. Everything was resolved and I am so grateful to them for making this purchase a stress free and easy process.

I truly enjoyed my experience at David McDavid Honda of Irving. My sales associate(Tarek) was very knowledgable and took really good care of me. I did my own homework on the vehicle but I really appreciated the insights the had on the 2020 Honda Pilot that I was looking at. You could tell that he definitely knew everything about the Honda product line and features. John Powers(manager) helped close the deal and offered the best level of service I have received at a dealership. There was a small problem right after my purchase, but John took care of the situation promptly and made sure my wife and newborn were taken care of(I was at work). I was not looking to buy another vehicle for several years but I was so impressed that I may purchase another Honda very soon. Thank you for making me a proud owner of a Honda!

I had great service by Richard . The oil was changed in a timely fashion and he kept me up to date on what needed attention etc and texted me when the car was ready. Great service, will be back!!!
