Service was excellent from beginning to end. Every step was very well communicated and explained in easily understood terms. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Melanie was great. Kept me informed and checked on me regularly. The service I went in for was a promotional Oil Change. 2 and 1/2 hours later I was leaving. Not good. I missed a scheduled doctor's appointment. Granted it was because additional services kept on being suggested. Overall good service.

i really appreciate Mr . Ray Rendon of McDavid Irving Service Department for this professional attitude towards the work. he clearly explains the details of the service to be done and its importance and urgency.. McDavid Irving is better than any other McDavid in entire DFW McDavid shops
