Helped right away when I arrived, did not have to wait. Service needed to my vehicle was explained before and after it was done. I felt comfortable and as I waited in waiting area I was told twice that it would take a little longer. Overall, great service!

Service Writer folks were excellent. Reason for 4 stars: Tech who checked engine air filter snapped off the heads of two of the mounting screws. The remaining must have been put on with a torque wrench but I was able to get them off and change the filter. When I get back I will come by and see if they can fix the busted screws. Thanks.
