I appreciate the personalized attention I receive when I bring in my car. My only complaint -- not really complaining -- is I do not hear well. The first time I brought in my car, the sales clerk came back, called my name, and went back to the sales room when I did not respond. I believe I waited an additional 15 minutes as he was waiting for me and I was waiting for him.

I always enjoyed service quality of McDavid Honda. My experience this time is awesome, issues raised were upto the point, communication with me was perfect. Pick up and drop off service are also perfect. It saved me atleast 30-60 minutes of my time.
