I had To return to the service section because the covers do the air ( tire) were not placed back. I had a very busy day, and though I didn't wait too long, I believe that waste of my time could have been avoided. The young lady that assisted me was very courteous and would check on my to provide me with information regarding the delay and other information. I really appreciated her professionalism. As well as another gentleman. Unfortunately, I didn't get their names. But both of them made my frustrating experience more bearable. Thank you,
