Overall support from the coordinators has been excellent. The most recent problem was keylock issue with the ignition. The part had to be replaced. This is the 3rd key problem I have experienced with this 2010 Honda Fit with less than 60,000 miles. I have written a letter to the Torrance, California office about this issue.
