Very quick and efficient

I am pleased with the customer service and its convenient to get a lyft somewhere while Honda works on my vehicle.

Every time I go to David McDavid, I always have a wonderful experience. Bryan was courteous and helped me with my recall and oil change. He gave me a ride home and back so that I wouldn't have to stay at the dealership while my car was being worked on. It was very nice.

I was able to have oil change, tire rotation, alignment and cabin filter replacement done within less than an hour.

Scheduled appointment with Lucio because our passenger right rear door would not open for anybody setting in the seat in our 2018 Odyssey. When I got there he wasn't at his desk and Todd ask if he could help. I explained what was wrong and he went out to the car and checked the door issue and gave me a thumbs up. He found that the open or lock switch was in the locked position (probably every since we had it). So, I did not have to leave the car and couldn't have been more happy that it was that simple. Thanks, Todd.
