Friendly and great customer service

I had a great experience. Initially had trouble with the online scheduling of my service, but when I got there the manager made everything transition well. This dealership is actually out of my way but it was worth the trip. The service manager went a step above to make sure my experience went well. If it wasn't for her I would have taken my car somewhere else. She definitely proved it's not how you start, but how you finish. And she finished up well. That's how you do business.
