Always pleased with the service I receive at McDavid in Irving. I've been going there for probably 25 years because they are fair and provide a positive and helpful attitude. I've been fortunate the last 5 or so years to have Rey Rendon as my service advisor. I absolutely can find no fault with Rey. I mean, when I drive in, I start looking for him in hopes he is on duty as he remembers me, remembers my cars and the things we have done on my cars in the past. No matter what I ask him, he seems to have an answer and even to the point if he doesn't he finds out for me. He at this point is one of the reasons I continue to go back to McDavid in Irving. Lucionwasnthorough and patient whne working with the warranty 3rd party company. He arranged for a ride and was very courteous.

David Post and all I have come in contact with in the service department are top notch!! Using LYFT for taking me home and bringing me back to retrieve my van is a great idea. Both drivers were very polite, personable and professional.
