They do a great job!

Customer service was excellent. Oliver did a great job, explained everything with detail (the 15,000 mi service and other services that the car needex), he was patient, answered all my questions and had good attitude. What I did not like and it was really bad, was the car wash... the front window was not clean I think they did not even touch it, the interior the same I think they just vacuum it. The exterior was acceptable.

When in for regular maintenance open items that needed service were reviewed and priced out. I appreciate that they do not try to sell you anything you don’t need they also provide coupons and are very clear about what is covered. Had an issue with my tires but the tech was kind enough to provide me information to call bridgestone because the tires should’ve lasted longer this should help offset the cost of new tires. Appointment took a tiny bit longer than I had hoped but they did a good job!

James took great care of me and helped me narrow down some choices on what would be the best vehicle based on my wants.

I came in to David McDavid about 5 min before close of service. I needed to have my car battery looked at because it was under 36,000 miles warranty and it was a new car I bought last year 2017 Honda Accord. The car would not start. When I pulled in no one came to help me for almost 10 minutes, the only person that did was Joel. He made it happen. He assured me that he will have a tech check it. He was able to confirm and I had my car battery replaced no charge and car was up and running fine since. Thank You Joel for your help and the hard work you put in. I really appreciate you and David McDavid. Thank You Again!

Mr. Luna was very polite and professional. He took care of having my vehicle serviced properly and promptly. The service dept has excellent individuals and I trust my vehicle to these professionals.
