Chris was awesome! He kept me in the loop from beginning to the end. He let me know step by step what was happening with my car. But what was really impressive to me is how much he valued my time. I waited for an hour but when he told me it would take more, he ordered me a Lyft to take me back home. It allowed me to do some chores around the house, instead of just waiting around. When Chris called and said he still needed to work on the car, he sent me a Lyft and gave me a loaner for the weekend. Again he valued my time. Chris was always courteous and nice. He called me on Monday when my car was fixed and I picked it up after work. I am a very satisfied customer!!! Great job Chris and the folks at David McDavid!!!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!
