Chris is who helped me set up my appointment and thru the whole process of having my recall taken care of. He was very kind and helpful. He met me out front when i arrived and told what bay to take my car to. I really appreciated him. Them men that wahed my car were so noce and friendly as well. And i appreciated my nice clean car. Most knowledgable salespeople! Going through the car-buying experience, I realized that can be hard to come by or at least realize they are not telling you everything you could know about the vehicle. At McDavid in Irving, they told me more about what my vehicle had than any other place I went. Ended up buying from them and had a positive experience! Best service around!!!!
