Jalen Oliver was a great advisor. We scheduled our visit online and waited couple of hours for someone to defying our call to answer our questions. No one ever called. So we drive up there and Jalen stepped up to service is. After we left the lot 2 others texted is to say they could help us. Jalen kept us updated on service and got our car backto is as promised. Previous visit to dealership they misplaced our car and when finally decided to check on it next afternoon they couldn't find out car and hasn't done any service on it.

This is my 3rd Honda, from David Mc David Honda. They handled the repair on my crv without any problems I am very satisfied, and I would highly recommend this dealership for new car purchase and the service dept
