A call to McDavid service regarding a dead battery was set into action immediately. AAA service sent driver to the location of my car within minutes to jumpstart the battery. At McDavid service center my battery was replaced under warranty. Very pleased with service as always.

I always get great customer service. My roommate on the other hand a terrible service trying to buy a 2018 Honda crv . He came home and told me about the poor service he received. I told him that I would go down there and talk to some one about the bad service he received. I told him that I have never ever gotten bad service .that's why I told him to go buy his crv with you guys .. I came in and talked to Roy one of the sales person there and told him about my roommate experience. He apologized and my roommate came in and he got the best service from him and bought the 2018honda crv. He so happy me to for him. Thank you for your outstanding service.

Had a very pleasant experience buying our car from here. Our only complaint is that it took a long time for everything to go through and for us to finally drive off the lot, as we didn't expect it to take the entire day. Other than that, we liked having Rodney be our sales rep and we felt like he was taking care of us.

Purchasing my current Honda was my first experience dealing with David McDavid. After the purchase, I began going to David McDavid for service. I have always found them to be extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for me as a customer. My most recent visit was most enlightening as I had gone there for an oil change and the service personnel discovered me that my battery was low and should be replaced, and they did so at no charge to me since the battery was still under warranty. Had they not found this, I might have been stranded with a dead battery at some point. I am most appreciative of their efforts in this regard. I highly recommend David McDavid.
