My car was finished in the time period the service person told me it would be, even though I came without making an appt first. He came into the waiting area and let me know my car would be ready in the next few minutes and that he had received the Honda Service coupon that I emailed him. He came to get me when it was ready and went over the charges with me and was very courteous and answered any questions I had with a smile. Very pleased with the customer service !
