I was treated with excellent customer service. The Rep called Lyft and the driver was there to pick me up within 4 minutes. The Rep was in touch with me via text message while the vehicle was being serviced. I received a link to request a Lyft Ride back to the dealership and once again the driver was there to pick me up within 4 minutes. I am very impressed with the quality of service I received from dropping off the vehicle to picking it up. Excellent, Excellent customer service! I will be returning for future appointments.
