My last visit to David McDavid was a great experience. The appointment was easy to make and the service was very good. The time specified to take care of my 2018 Honda Accord was one hour and I was in and out within that time frame..Your sparkling new facility was a joy to visit. Thank you.

I was met immediately by my maintenance manager who did his check, explained what my service would be. He had me sign the paper for permission to proceed. He would have escorted me to the waiting area, but I told him I knew where it was. He told me it would take approximately an Hour and a half. On a trip through the waiting area, he reminded me that he would come get me when it was ready. When he came after me, he explained what had been done, then escorted me to my car. He called next day to see if everything was okay. All in all a good experience.
