This wasn't my first time buying a vehicle from David McDavid Honda of Irving, but this time was a very different experience. The process was smooth from beginning to end. I want to give high praise to my salesman, Baha Mahmoud. He was incredibly genuine, a gentleman, and a true professional. When I saw his trophy on his office wall and windows, I realized the level of service I received from him. His years of knowledge and experience in auto sales were far superior to that of the salesman I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach was quite relaxed, and there was no pressure at all. After doing my homework and shopping around, I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me.
