Good experience. It took longer than I expected, but well , all in all a good experience. Jalen was helpful and explained the entire process. The wait rooms are pretty comfortable, if a few more books/magazines other than regular sports and cars themed magazines can be added to the collection, that would help!

As much as I love my Honda Accord Hybrid, I also am very confident when I take it in for it's scheduled maintenance at David McDavid Honda in Irving. The service adviser (Chris) was clear with what my car needed (and didn't need). I liked the text I received with information about the results of the inspection and that I needed one item serviced that we didn't originally expect. I was able to approve the additional service by responding to the text - very quick and easy! The service area is clean and comfortable. Overall this was another excellent experience.

Awesome experience!! I highly recommend coming here, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They were able to fix my tire right before closing time on a Friday. I am definitely coming back again here in the future!
