My only issue there was with the GM’s email promotion. Don’t say you will give an additional $2000 on trade in if you weren’t actually going to do it. At least put some fine print in there or something. Luckily I enjoyed the sales team so that’s why you were able to still get my business. I will have to be caution on where I buy our next vehicle which will be in the near future as well.

I came to McDavid Honda after I had to have my car jumped twice in the same month and they were able to replace my battery for me. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a time estimate for the service. The waiting room was very nice and I enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate on a rainy day.

William was great!. He answered my questions and let me know cost before work started so I had so surprised. He was very professional. I will come back and make an appointment with William.
