This wasn't my first time buying a vehicle from David McDavid Honda of Irving, but this time was a very different experience. The process was smooth from beginning to end. I want to give high praise to my salesman, Baha Mahmoud. He was incredibly genuine, a gentleman, and a true professional. When I saw his trophy on his office wall and windows, I realized the level of service I received from him. His years of knowledge and experience in auto sales were far superior to that of the salesman I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach was quite relaxed, and there was no pressure at all. After doing my homework and shopping around, I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. I left with a brand new Honda Pilot. Thank you, Baha Mahmoud!Also, thanks to Finance Jeff Basch for the no-hassle process. im pleasantly surprised with my experience at Honda showroom. There were not many salesman trying to grab my business. i felt like i went to a service shop in a good way. Jay Shah didn’t try to oversell even though he is a top rated salesman.He suggested a good car with my budget. Since its a new model I hope it was the right choice. The finance lady also didnt try to oversell the product, unlike my previous experience. Overall, it was a great experience.
