Oil change and tire rotation

I had an oil change and tire rotation appointment at 9:30 am. My car wasn't done until nearly 1:00, and the status on the text message was never updated. All the way up until the time my car was done, it still said the inspection was in progress. I did add a cabin filter replacement and a tire repair, but even so, 3.5 hours seems excessive for a scheduled appointment for routine maintenance.

Rey was amazing. And so was the vibe of all the staff members.2 things I didn’t particularly care but I still gave them 5 star because it’s fixable: I was dropped off at a nearby breakfast place, when done, took forever (1.5 hr) to pick me up. The original driver was out picking someone else up. George was super nice and apologetic2. I wasn’t told about the deals right off, if I hadn’t have did my research, I would have never knew.
