I came in for an oil change, and also to inquire about possibly replacing my spark plugs in hopes of helping with the gas mileage since it has been decreasing for about 2 months now, and this is the counsel I was given. In all honesty, the first Service Advisor was not very helpful....I had stopped in recently and talked with him about the possibility of the spark plugs, and when he recognized me, he made a comment that he wasn't going to have this conversation with me again....which I found very unfriendly and a bit argumentative. He didn't like me asking too many questions, and so he said he would go get another Advisor. So, Celest Mosqueda came and helped me, and she did a great job working with me, and was even able to do a small discount that helped me out! So, I'm grateful that he switched me to Celest.
