The process was easy, and I'm glad we were able to settle on a price. Jay was professional, attentive, helpful, and flexible. When one of the keys were missing, he ordered a new one for me at no charge. When I ended up having to leave to get my wife, everyone was understanding that the purchase had to wait for a few hours.
