Great as usual!!!

All the customer service reps were in a meeting when I arrived at around 9:15. As soon as my rep got out, he came to talk to me and got my inspection underway. It took a couple hours, but the technicians provided a thorough review. I didn’t realize there would be so many things that needed to be addressed. My car is old so I’m thinking about buying a new one. I talked to one of the sales reps (Said)and he was very helpful. I plan on returning To have some of the work done.

The mechanic said my tires needed rotated and balanced even though I had stated it had just been done the week before and Lucio had told him to not bother with the tires. I’ve since received email saying again that this service was needed.
