Taylor, in the Service department was great. Got my vehicle taken care of when the tow truck arrived. Camille, who I believe as some type of operator for the service department, was great also when I made some initial calls about having my vehicle brought in. What was upsetting is when I made call back to talk to Camille to let her know my vehicle was on it's way, I got someone else who said no one could get to my vehicle until the following Monday and was not helpful at all or tried to be understanding. After a few minutes I called back in hoping to talk to Camille, I got another person who could tell me nothing about getting in contact with Camille. I was finally point blank and said I want to talk to a service advisor right now. That is when I got Taylor who was EXTREMELY helpful and empathetic just like Camille was. The other man I talked to was nowhere near helpful or understanding.If it wasn't for Camille and Taylor, I would not be inclined to bring my vehicle back to you location for service. I am actually closer to another Honda Dealership.

I have been a repeat customer since I was 18. Lucio is the best service advisor hands down. He makes me feel welcomed, he shows me that he cares about me, my vehicle, and my pockets. When I bring my vehicle in I know Lucio is going to make sure everything is locked over, give me the best deal on services needed, and make sure i leave with a smile on my face. I'm loving the videos of the technician reviewing my car. They tell me about what additional services are needed, what they have completed, and what they are currently in the process of like topping off my windshield wiper fluid. Keep up the great work.Side Note: It is time to upgrade the chairs in the waiting area as they are peeling, some of the trays are leaning, and it’s unappealing when sitting and spending some money. Also, you guys should offer some snacks while we are waiting as most times we are there for hours.

I received Great service from sales consultant Yafet.
