I left my car on Thursday morning to get serviced because I was hearing a sound by the dashboard. The service person called me on time I called him back over 7 times with him not calling me back. Finally got with someone today which is Monday afternoon.

Will, my service advisor is exceptionally good in customer care and courtesy. He was very prompt in helping me instead his lunch schedule. Many thanks!

Richard was great, he answered my questions and was very friendly. He understood my concerns and talked me through each one.

I had a 5:30 appointment but was told to come back another day when I arrived on time. If you’re running that far behind, please call ahead. I ended up waiting over 2 hours anyway. While I was waiting, staff repeatedly tried to pitch buying my vehicle after I said no. Overall, the scheduling and wait were pretty frustrating.
