All staff are amazing and my service guy Ray is always helpful

My experience was awful. I took my car in to get my battery replaced and was told my car needed to be jumpstarted and now the battery was good. Woke up the next morning and my car was dead. I got a failed test from another dealership but David McDavid claimed they couldn’t print out the invoice for my warranty.

I brought my car for a scan at 8:20am and at 3:30pm it still hadn't been looked at. This dealership has been becoming steadily worse and I would be returning. I would not recommend anyone get their car serviced here.

Told the dealership multiple times that my car was very low on coolant I was assured that they will top it off they did not do at all upon checking the coolant when I was home it was at same level clearly indicating the dealership did not do there job correctly at all

Good except the attendant was supposed to check the battery in my remote and forgot to.

I could have used a little more care from the service person. I just got a text saying my car was ready and I paidonline. I never saw a person when I drove out of delearship!
