This is 2nd time when I am disappointed to see the recommended services not being true and a way to make more money from a customer.We had transmission service plus the coolant plus the brakes plus the tire everything done four months ago and it’s in the record of Honda McDavid. It was done there. But now you are recommending to have coolant and transmission and all those oil change again without verifying there has been already done. If I did not know or remember that we had all of this done, we would have been overpaid and get the duplicate service done.This is a recurring instance and I would encourage service department to please do a better job in recommending the services after checking the records.

My advisor was great and informative. I wasn’t happy with some of the more functional aspects of my visit, like the 3-4 day wait for diagnostics and repairs, and the individual diagnostic charges for each things checked, but that doesn’t reflect the help I received from my advisor. He was great!

It appeared that there was a misunderstanding on same day appointments, and my records did show my appointment was confirmed. However, I had to leave without getting my service due to a staff member not aligned with the standard procedures. Then I was contacted by service Director Collin, who took full responsibility, genuine care, and excellent service to ensure I had a better experience. After all I am very pleased and thankful for the outcome. I believe mistakes are opportunities for growth and redemption.
