The service went well but the car was not washed after service was completed. Also, my key battery was low and the advisor asking me if I wanna change the battery for $14 however I was a little bit disappointed because I thought for customers who pay $40,000 for a car at least you can do this as a complimentary service for them. I ended up changing the battery myself. It took me one minute but the car wash and the car key battery replacement makes customers feel like we’re here only to pay money to the dealership

Jacob, a very detail-oriented, considerate, and responsive service representative, ensured a seamless experience for me. However, I did wait 3 hours+ for an express service to be completed. Perhaps volume of work and staffing priorities should be reviewed. I personally do not think 3 hours to change oil and rotate tires should take that duration.

Came in for a tire replacement and left with only having to have my tire replaced so I appreciated that but it took very 2 hours which was ridiculous. I had an appointment as well. Unfortunately the service rep was in a meeting so I wasn’t informed my car was ready. Luckily I walked back and another rep checked me out. However, if I hadn’t walked back I would have been waiting longer. I believe in total I was there for 2.5 hours for a patch to be placed on my tire. I probably will not be returning to this Honda.
