Muy buen servicio y atención

Traer mi carro al consecionario me da confianza. Aunque los precios sean muy elevados. Mientras lo pueda traer siempre lo haré. Aparte que son amables el personal de recepción de vehículos. Bien por ustedes chicos.aunque algunos no les entiendo el inglés 😅 se hacen entender y eso dice mucho.

Had to wait 25 mins to get help them didn’t get the 100 point inspection as told and they didn’t even put the sticker on window with mileage for next service appointment worse experience I’ve had at Honda period

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 AM and arrived around 10:25 AM. However, no one showed up to assist me for about 20 minutes. I eventually stepped out of my car, and only then did an employee come over. There were no other cars in front of or behind me at that time.When I asked why no one had come to assist me, I was told that this was “normal.” I was also informed that the oil change would take a minimum of two hours (until around 12:45 PM). Unfortunately, I never received any updates regarding the status of my vehicle during the service.Later, around 3:30 PM, I had to call myself to check on the progress, and the employee mentioned that he had forgotten to inform me that the service was complete. I finally went to pick up my car at 4:00 PM.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and reflects poor customer service
