The service was good. However, the tire was put on wrong and blew out two days later while I was drive 75mph on I-35 in the far left lane. That could have caused a major wreck. Thank God He was watching over me. But this is a major issue that is hopefully being taken care of already.

I had an appointment but the service rep said it would be 2 -1/2 hours so I wonder what the purpose of making an appointment

Isaiah Reyes was very professional and a great team member. As well as the gentleman who handled the payment process. My only concern was that there was a loose old piece of my previous converter or O2 sensor still in the windshield which could’ve proven dangerous to others driving behind me on the freeway.

Although there was an issue with getting a part, Jacob made every effort to have my car serviced as quickly as possible. I really appreciated being given a loaner car while my car was unexpectedly there overnight.

Quickly greeted for my appointment to complete a previously recommended service. John was very helpful and clear in his communication
