Jacob, a very detail-oriented, considerate, and responsive service representative, ensured a seamless experience for me.However, I did wait 3 hours+ for an express service to be completed. Perhaps volume of work and staffing priorities should be reviewed. I personally do not think 3 hours to change oil and rotate tires should take that duration.

Good service, attended was super nice and helpful. Def coming back for future services.

Jacob Silva was amazing; He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Frank was great as well. The 2 hour wait time was a bit excessive, though.

Had a great visit. Checked in and out smoothly.

Came in for a tire replacement and left with only having to have my tire replaced so I appreciated that but it took very 2 hours which was ridiculous. I had an appointment as well. Unfortunately the service rep was in a meeting so I wasn’t informed my car was ready. Luckily I walked back and another rep checked me out. However, if I hadn’t walked back I would have been waiting longer. I believe in total I was there for 2.5 hours for a patch to be placed on my tire. I probably will not be returning to this Honda.
