The wait time was longer than I was told . I had a 10:30 appointment and car was finished at 1pm i was told 12pm. No coffee cups. My car wasn't washed upon completion. Otherwise the service was ok. I was kept updated by the app and agent.

Informative and clear communication with no stress at all

I was warmly greeted by my service advisor and told how long to expect the selected services to take. Without being too pushy other services were suggested. This being near the beginning of the day on a weekday, my car was ready quickly, but long enough for me to finish my little bit of work on my laptop in the service lounge. Checking out with my advisor was a breeze and soon I was off in my newly serviced and washed vehicle.
