I had a flat tire and it was taken care of in ample time.

Appointment took 2.5 hrs. Had appointment scheduled online for 11am for oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. I arrived at service department at 1045. Work was not started until 1200 and completed at 2:30.Frank the service adviser was courteous and helpful.

Rey rendon is the only service advisor I go to he's the best 👌

I had a good experience overall this year. Mr. Handa was courteous, professional, and let me know all my options during my service. He also offered me a free oil change if I got my wheel alignment. Great service!

Everything was done perfectly to the car, and the staff was very very helping and courteous, and knew everything that needed to be done to the car

The 5 star rating is for my service advisor, Isaiah Reyes. He was kind, professional and helpful. I will definitely schedule any repairs I have with him next visit.But I would rate my wait time with 2 stars. I have never waited over 2 hrs for an oil change. I’ve been bringing my cars to this dealership for many years and have never waited that long. I was quoted 1 1/2 hrs.
