Went in to have my right front tire replaced. They were able to drop me off at work and then drop my car back off at my job! I appreciated this service and the staff was nice and supportive!

I recently was helped by a Great Young man Anthony H Ortiz . Such a breath of fresh air. He “listened” to me rather than approach of selling me services upfront before an inspection of my car. He fixed my problem and went over the inspection report thoroughly where I understood it. I will definitely be back and request Anthony!

It is unfortunate event having to write this review knowing I bought a brand new car from this dealership. I visited the dealership for routine oil change and tire rotation services. My rear tire was also showing low tire pressure so I asked the agent to take care of that. I had car recalls that were getting fixed as well. Since it was going to take 5-6 hours. I asked for a ride home which was provided.Throughout the service I never got service updates or the link to lookup multi-point inspection results. I dropped my car off at 7:15 am and never got a call or any updates regarding how the service was going and how long it will take. I tried calling multiple times too to which there was no response. So I took uber to the place and came to find out the car was already ready and I was not notified. This was 2:30 pm! Well over after picking my car up, I noted that one of the front tire was seemingly looking flatter so I got the tire air checked. The tire pressure was 21(35 was recommended)which should have been resolved during the service. Even though the tire pressure was low, the system was recalibrated at the dealership to get rid of the low tire warning. There were alot of concerns with this service which is honestly disappointing. I am not bringing my car to this dealership ever again! I am also going to escalate this to the higher manager to make sure this doesn’t happen again!
