Great service, but an exceptionally long wait time.

Horrible! I went in because a tire I bought from Honda went flat. I had an appointment, it took the service department over 3.5 hours to actually look at my car. I’ve spent a lot of service money at this Honda. Poor service management. All the tech had to do was look and inspect the tire, if it was good then send me on my way. One less car to have to service, but If a replacement was needed then I didn't mind waiting. I understand people got there before me, but getting there at 11am and not getting my vehicle back until 4pm, 5 hours! That was ridiculous. It’s like going to a restaurant for a drink but the server can’t serve you until he is done serving his party of 12. Do you see how me waiting 5 hours made no sense? I’m thankful the tire was fine but it should not have taken 5 hours! Never ever will I buy tires from Honda. From now on anything tire related I will go to Discount tire.
