Wait time was longer then expected

Have been bringing all my Honda vehicles to David mcdavid at irving for all services. Lucio Luna is an excellent advisor who is always on top of everything from making sure the services are done correctly and on time as promised. It’s always good experience when he is my service advisor. He has helped me to maintain all my Honda vehicles (3 total ) since 2006. Someone like him with lots of experience ,knowledge base , and great customer service is invaluable to David mcdavid.I do very much like the status update feature with x-time ( which also let you see your inspection report and the service that is needed ,along with the photos and videos of the diagnosed issues )I also like the diagram showing before and after the 4 wheel alignment service.I wish David mcdavid can also show the before and after pictures of the services done like timing belt , water pump , tensioner , brake pads before and after new pads ,cv boots , etc. So that way customers can see that the issues are really fixed and have a piece of mind.

Outstanding service with Ray. Ray kept us informed of any necessary repairs, costs, etc. Excellent service.
