I had a good experience overall this year. Mr. Handa was courteous, professional, and let me know all my options during my service. He also offered me a free oil change if I got my wheel alignment. Great service!

The 5 star rating is for my service advisor, Isaiah Reyes. He was kind, professional and helpful. I will definitely schedule any repairs I have with him next visit.But I would rate my wait time with 2 stars. I have never waited over 2 hrs for an oil change. I’ve been bringing my cars to this dealership for many years and have never waited that long. I was quoted 1 1/2 hrs.

Sam was great and informative very understanding and professional, not pushy at all like the other reps in the past. From now on I would like Sam to help me when it comes to booking appointments for maintenance.

My car was ready when I asked to have it ready at a certain time. All repairs were completed.
