I was there for my scheduled b127 services as well as getting the emission test done for my vehicle, and I wad assisted by Lucio and he did a great job keeping updated on status of the vehicle as well as cost breakdown, got out of there within a couple of hours, very satisfied and got a free car wash as well.

Appointment took 2.5 hrs. Had appointment scheduled online for 11am for oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. I arrived at service department at 1045. Work was not started until 1200 and completed at 2:30.Frank the service adviser was courteous and helpful.
