February 21, 2025, brought my 2019 Honda Civic in for a Safety Recall. I wasn’t looking forward to my visit and expected a long wait, perhaps for most of the day. I arrived promptly at 7:30am and was greeted by Genesis Gutierrez who was extremely professional and informative. I immediately knew I was in good hands. She kept me informed and was most respectful to me, a senior. That means a lot to me! As it turned out, the work only took two hours! Before I left, Genesis chatted and laughed with me. I felt I had made a new friend. All in all, I had a very pleasant experience at David McDavid Honda. Thank you for making my car safe and thank you for maintaining an excellent staff - especially Genesis Gutierrez!

Great service and friendly people but I didn’t expect to be there so long.

I normally do the oil changes myself, but for the 49.99 deal, it's a steal. Plus you get to know anything else your car needs. That line was very long too buy they got me in and out in good time. I only had one issue..I have 2 cars and they virtually selected the wrong car instead of the one I bought up there so I think my service records will be incorrect.
