Third time over the life of my car that DMcD has fouled up something! Unbelievable! All this has occurred over the course of seven years. Bad service then. Bad service seven years later. On my latest visit a couple of weeks ago, I went in for an alignment. I called the automated system, scheduled the appointment, told the system I was scheduling an ALIGNMENT; then, I went in, spoke with a service tech, told HIM I was there for an alignment. He passes me on to another tech. Somehow, the first tech didn't get the message to the second tech that I was scheduled for an alignment. Second tech personally checks my vehicles mileage and, presumably, the oil life. Three hours of waiting later, and at the close of the day, I came out with a freaking oil change! Oh my goodness! Did the person changing the oil not turn the car on and check the remaining oil life? Did ANYONE, check the dealership's OWN RECORDS to see when the dealership last changed my oil? I had multi-state travel planned for the next day. I needed my car. What a bind to be left in! Unbelievable... smh

Several services recommended from the diagnostic to identify several lights on the dashboard ie, TPS (not addressed) , traction, FCW (not addressed) ABS System, front & back breaks with rotors (completed- coupons applied), transmission fluid service (completed) etc. I was disappointed that I could not utilize the recommended service $50 coupons for selected some of the recommended services. Overall the service was great & the coupon policy was a bummer.
