Came in for a tire replacement and left with only having to have my tire replaced so I appreciated that but it took very 2 hours which was ridiculous. I had an appointment as well. Unfortunately the service rep was in a meeting so I wasn’t informed my car was ready. Luckily I walked back and another rep checked me out. However, if I hadn’t walked back I would have been waiting longer. I believe in total I was there for 2.5 hours for a patch to be placed on my tire. I probably will not be returning to this Honda.

Even with an appointment it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and A1 service . Service is good but the wait is too long!

Took my vehicle in for an oil change my service advisor Isiah was awesome as always. He kept me informed on the progress of my oil change and made sure I was ok while waiting...I did have to wait about 2 hours for that oil change, but it was all good...
