Easy online appointment, greeted immediately upon entering service bay, friendly, helpful service people. Waiting room has a very nice coffee machines. Mohamed Ali was helpful, kept me updated.

Isaiah was great and took care of my car and communicated the issues well.

Frank Fierro was wonderful. 5 stars for him, but 3 days after my service to have my brake fluid replaced, I got a big red flashy warning light saying STOP DRIVING PULL OVER IMMEDIATELY because my brake fluid is low. Come to find out, brake fluid is at the MIN line. I am missing a full day of work, $252 which I would like reimbursed by David McDavid Honda Irving. Plus I still need to get the car towed to you to have this dealt with, but you’re closed on Sundays.
