Adi Ali is an excellent salesman. He is polite, knowledgeable, and patient. He supported us, respecting our pace and never applied any high-pressure tactics. We were able to negotiate a selling price for my trade-in and a buying price for the new car quickly and fair to all parties. Note to David McDavid Lincoln Frisco: I have been trying to buy a new car from you for 35 years. The primary reason that hasn’t happened previously is the lack of a color choices in your inventory. Luckily, this time I was able to find a single remaining Corsair with an acceptable color combination. While still not my first choice, it wasn’t the all too common black, white, silver, or light-colored interior, which would have required a trip to Grapevine or Dallas. With respect to the manufacturer, I was glad to see carpeted floor mats were included, but I was disappointed to find out that I would have to purchase a cargo cover separately; an accessory that should be standard on a Lincoln. My final suggestion is having the factory widow sticker included when delivering the vehicle to the customer. I have the original window stickers from every new car I have ever purchased, until now.

Great experience, everyone was professional and friendly. I purchased with Sannan and he was very patient and excellent. Any questions he answered very promptly and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I don't like the car buying experience and rarely buy vehicles, but this was overall a good experience.
