Great experience, everyone was professional and friendly. I purchased with Sannan and he was very patient and excellent. Any questions he answered very promptly and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I don't like the car buying experience and rarely buy vehicles, but this was overall a good experience.

Richard was prompt to greet me and sent a text for me to check progress. The waiting area is comfortable, quiet and restrooms are very clean and nice. The wait was less than what I expected.

I was greeted by Richard when I came into David McDavid dealership to get my Navigator serviced. I had arranged to wait and the job was completed in the time Richard gave me- which I appreciated since I had a busy day planned. While I waited I enjoyed myself in the beautiful waiting/showroom drinking some amazing espresso and comparing the new cars to mine.

I came in asked to look at the car I'd found online, checked it out and made a deal to purchase it.

The used car I received was just as advertised. My wife was pleased with the vehicle and the experience was great.

We were not unhappy with the service at all, it was quick and professional. However the tech request was for replacing a recall part. The tech came here without the part and we have not heard again yet if he part is in and when it will be able to be installed . Service was good coordination could use some work, that also includes your phone resorption staff. Thank you and Happy New Year!!

Overall satisfied with our purchase, however I am still waiting for a key fob, service contract and a check. No one will call back, that has been super disappointing.
