Everyone in the service department are always friendly and professional. They make my visits simple and easy.

My visit was a vast improvement vs. the previous visits at the new location. Beverly, the service advisor who helped me did a great job conveying the issues I had my Lincoln Navigator outside of routine maintenance. She called when a mechanical issue was detected and she researched the coverage of my extended bumper-to-bumper guarantee, which helped me reduce the cost of the repair. On the not so positive side, I found that the issue with one of runner boards I reported continues to be a problem. I will address to the service department with a separate communication.

The adviser kept me informed about the work being performed. I went in for an oil change and it took 2hrs 15 minutes, that was the only down side.
