The receptionist in service was unprofessional, hung up quickly when made the appointment. Seemed to need training with phone and customer management.Richard was great. Answered our questions and took care of smallest concerns. We were Lifted hone which was smooth. I forgot my work badge in car and needed the next day. The 2nd lady in customer service was professional and kind. She had badge waiting at the front desk for me. When I picked up the lady at the main desk was sweet and friendly. Richard did a great job explaining when we picked car up. Everything was done in a manner that we felt was timely.

Everyone was very nice and attentive. I didn’t give 5 stars because there was no second key available for me which I’ll have to go back and get also no car book.
