Service took a little longer than expected; almost 3.5 hours for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. However, Beverly kept me informed throughout as I had decided to wait. Wasn't aware of shuttle service until 2 hours into visit (first time I've brought the vehicle to David McDavid, so no one's fault that I wasn't aware of this).
