While getting my 2019 Navigator serviced I ventured over the see what was in stock and ended up buying a 2022 Black Label (LWB). Really good experience with the sales associate, Philip and the manager, Andre.

Really good experience overall.

Took car in for 2 recalls and for some weatherstripping repair on the doors (warranty). Have black label so Would have preferred to have a loaner car but none available for several weeks? so used valet service. This dealership needs more loaners - maybe hold some back for use only by black label customers? Even with all that, Richard-our service advisor- is always great to work with.

I acknowledge that I purchased the wrong part from Ford.com to effect repairs on my truck, but I was a bit miffed that I sat in the lobby for over 4 hours before the part was even checked out.To his credit, Joel Correia ran interference to get the correct part ordered from Sam Pack Ford.

I moved. Here from Indiana in 2019. I lucked up and ended up trying out David McDavid. I was lucky and I have the best service guy Ed Guza. Thanks for having Ed.
