Beverly Manriquez is a wonderful addition to David McDavid Lincoln. I am very happy with the customer service here, and Beverly helped me, even though I didn’t have an appointment Saturday morning. I was able to have my oil changed and tires rotated in a reasonable amount of time. She answered all my questions, including giving me advice on how to take care of my SUV. She called me to make sure I was happy with her service. She is warm, friendly, and accessible. I will definitely recommend her to any other McDavid Lincoln customer. A+

Great, just takes too long

I had a wonderful experience with David McDavid service department and would highly recommend them. My service manager Richard A. was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy I reached out to him for the issue with my classic Lincoln Mark LT truck. It is running again like a new truck and I am so blessed and thankful that it even ended up being considerably less cost than originally quoted.

My car shopping experience with David McDavid Lincoln Frisco was an uncomplicated and straightforward experience. Eddy Louis was extremely professional throughout the buying process. I appreciate how the process was unhurried, though the only item of reservation was the delay in communication.
