Overall good. Salesperson was very patient with me. Although you need offices or cubicles for paperwork. Also not too comfortable signing title transfer docs that were blank due to printer issues. You should have a backup printer.

Your service representative, Richard Ancheta, did the usual outstanding job as he has done the entire time I have owned the car for the last sixteen years. If at anytime he didn't provide this excellent service I, like most people, would find service at another place.
