Overall good. Salesperson was very patient with me. Although you need offices or cubicles for paperwork. Also not too comfortable signing title transfer docs that were blank due to printer issues. You should have a backup printer.

Everything was perfect with exception of tire pressure when I got the car back. 45psi all around. Should be much lower. Joel done a fine job. Tom Smithey

Your service representative, Richard Ancheta, did the usual outstanding job as he has done the entire time I have owned the car for the last sixteen years. If at anytime he didn't provide this excellent service I, like most people, would find service at another place.

Richard Ancheta did a great service in getting my oil change and recall done in one appointment.
